• Availability and access to food is Increased for highly vulnerable households in conflict-affected areas through provision of essential life-saving food assistance and  distribution of emergency agricultural, and fisheries kits
• Women, men, girls and boys’ vulnerability to gender-based violence is reduced through creating an enabling environment and access to multi-sectoral response services
• Access to livelihood opportunities and Household income is increased.
