Quality and relevance of informal apprenticeship systems enhanced through implementation of competency-based curricula, competency-based assessment and certification for occupational licenses and through training of master craftspersons on learner-centered pedagogy
Partnership between the private sectors (employers’ associations) and apprentices strengthened in order to enhance employability of the apprentices and increase their employment opportunities.
