Adobe Youth Voices (Citizenship)

The Young Leadership Development Foundation implemented Adobe Youth Voices (Citizenship), in partnership with Taking IT Global - Adobe Foundation, from December 2014 to March 2015, and aims to train young people in the use of technology and film industry that has the potential to contribute to the development of local development activities.

Adobe Youth Voices (Citizenship) (AYV) stimulates young people's trust and creativity to harness creative skills in problem solving and thus enable them to create their voice and make it heard. It is vital for improving young people's lives today as well as in the future, and it is the educational methodology that provides young people from 13 to 18 years of age with inspiration, training and the use of technology to make films on issues of interest to them in citizenship. It also helps to refine self-expression skills, thinking, collaboration, flexibility, perseverance and skills and is essential to creative trust.

 

The project contains: citizenship training, photography training, video, training in idea generation, photoshop, primer & film industry on citizenship. It targeted 40 young people between the ages of 13 and 18 in Sana 'a, and 6 citizenship videos were produced to express citizenship issues.

 

And the films produced: fantasy, girl's dream, butterfly, letter to dad, rose of hope, future makers.
