Civic Engagement Involves - Community Mobilization

With the support of RGP, YLDF implemented the Civic engagement involves - Community Mobilization during 2012, which aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of youth initiative participants in the community's role in the situation at that time. During the program, the Foundation held four workshops on the role of civil society in the transition period and the focus of youth participation in the democratic process, consisting of 18 youth initiatives focused on strengthening community participation and capacity-building for NGOs, campaigns in 20 communities to mobilize participants for youth groups and some 48,580 people who benefited from the initiatives. "Ejad Initiative" was one of success story which it was an initiative, then it registered as a non-governmental organization.
