The Youth Leadership Development Foundation (YLDF) organized a panel discussion on 15/11/2022 for 30 young pioneers and entrepreneurs through the Zoom program entitled "Challenges  facing start-ups and the achievements " as part of the Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) 2022.

In the session, which included a number of sessions, Dr. Kamal Tomim, an entrepreneurship consultant and trainer for a number of civil society organizations, said that "entrepreneurship is a great opportunity for community development as it provides many jobs for young people. Incubators provide facilities for female entrepreneurs and private spaces for them to launch and start their projects.

Hanan Abdullah, owner and founder of the Balloon World Project, spoke about her experience in the world of entrepreneurship and the difficulties and challenges she faced, such as society's acceptance of the idea.Moreovver, workers' ignorance of how to use the machines for the project. Hanan noted that she faced all challenges with will and failure to give up until she was able to open her own leading balloon place and coordinate parties.

Hamdi Shahir, entrepreneur and general manager of the Wagbat, stated that the his project has provided more than 1,000 jobs for young men and women since the start of the project in 2017, noting that the Wagbat provides additional services to maintain its continuity in the current competition.
