Women struggled a lot to obtain their rights, and as an international and global recognition of the right of women in many fields, March 8 of each year was adopted as a special celebration for women and the activation of their rights in a specific field, and in the year 2023 the celebration was under the title of digitally engaging everyone, i.e. women’s right to access the Internet and use it as men. From this standpoint, and keeping up with the global event, the Youth Leadership Development Foundation(YLDF) revived this day by organizing activities and workshops on e-marketing, targeting female entrepreneurs and owners of emerging projects in both Hadramout and Sana'a, with a number of 20/25 women and girls, respectively

These workshops were very useful for women, as they learned the keys to e-marketing and writing marketing content, and they heard success stories of projects thanks to e-marketing, which made them feel its importance and benefit at the local and international levels. The women expressed their admiration for these workshops, as they contribute to their digital literacy eradication and help them enhance the presence of their projects on the Internet. The women called on the Youth Leadership Development Foundation to implement many of these activities that benefit women and society in general
