And also aims to promote and strengthen the "monitoring" of human rights in Yemen. The program, which runs a full year in the governorates of Hadhramout and Ibb was divided into several stages of the start of the needs study of the organizations of civil society in the two governorates which lasted for two months, and then through conducting a training about strengthening the capacity of civil society organizations working on human rights development projects, and will be training for a period of 10 days, half of the period will be on training the human rights manual which is prepared by the foundation YLDF, and the other half will focus on writing projects together with Monitoring and Evaluation, and budgeting. And ending with funding two projects in both governorates with "3500 U.S Dollars", and Girls World Communication Center GWCC will be supervising and overseeing the projects.
At the end of the program, final workshops will be conducted, and the workshops will present the participants\' successful experience, and measure the impact of the program on the participants.
It should be noted that the program contains a number of courses in the field of human rights, in addition to the sessions of the field of writing projects and managing them. And the project targets number of 20 organizations and 40 young men and women in the two governorates.
The Foundation will work to launch the program in the governorate of Ibb during May 17 and until May 27 of this month.
